Privacy
- Does Picknori upload my photos? No. All analysis runs on your device. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking, and we run no servers that receive your data. See the Privacy Policy.
- Why does Picknori need access to my photos? To group them, suggest albums, pick best shots, find duplicates and search. You can allow all photos or only a selection in Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Picknori.
- Why does Picknori ask for the microphone? Only for voice search. Your voice is recognized on your device and isn't recorded.
Best Shots, search and Erase
- How does Best Shots choose? It compares near-identical photos for open eyes, sharpness, faces and framing, picks the keeper and shows why. You decide what to keep.
- How do I search by describing a photo? Turn on description search in the Search screen. Its model (about 140 MB) downloads once from Apple, then runs only on your device. Then type things like “red umbrella in the rain” or “chợ nổi”.
- How do I erase something from a photo? Open the photo, tap Edit › Erase, tap the person or object, refine the selection if needed, then tap Erase. The edit can be reverted in Photos.
- Why don't I see AI group names or sentence search? These use Apple Intelligence, which needs a supported device with Apple Intelligence turned on. Otherwise Picknori uses its built-in naming and search.
Organizing and cleaning up
- Will Picknori delete photos without asking? No. Every change needs your confirmation. Deleted photos go to Recently Deleted in the Photos app, where they can usually be recovered for up to 30 days.
- Does swiping delete photos right away? No. Swiping only marks photos. You review them and confirm before anything is deleted.
- Picknori only sees some of my photos. You probably gave Limited Access. Open Settings › Privacy & Security › Photos › Picknori and choose Full Access.
Widget
- How do I add the Memories widget? Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, search for “Picknori”, choose Memories and a size, then tap Add Widget.
Premium and purchases
- What's free? Organizing, Best Shots, cleanup and search are free. Premium adds unlimited memory cards, every look, custom colors and gradients, and handwriting.
- What plans are there? Monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Eligible new subscribers get a 3-day free trial; cancel at least 24 hours before it ends and you won't be charged.
- How do I restore my purchase? Open Picknori › Settings › Restore Purchases, signed in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe.
- How do I cancel? On your iPhone, open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Picknori, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
- How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Quyền riêng tư
- Picknori có tải ảnh của tôi lên mạng không? Không. Mọi phân tích chạy trên thiết bị. Không tài khoản, không quảng cáo, không theo dõi, và chúng tôi không có máy chủ nào nhận dữ liệu của bạn. Xem Chính sách quyền riêng tư.
- Vì sao Picknori cần quyền truy cập ảnh? Để gom nhóm, gợi ý album, chọn tấm đẹp nhất, tìm ảnh trùng và tìm kiếm. Bạn có thể cho phép tất cả ảnh hoặc chỉ một số ảnh trong Cài đặt › Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật › Ảnh › Picknori.
- Vì sao Picknori xin quyền micro? Chỉ để tìm kiếm bằng giọng nói. Giọng nói được nhận dạng trên thiết bị và không được ghi âm.
Best Shots, tìm kiếm và Xoá vật thể
- Best Shots chọn ảnh thế nào? So sánh các tấm gần giống nhau về mắt mở, độ nét, khuôn mặt và bố cục, chọn ra tấm đẹp nhất và cho biết lý do. Bạn là người quyết định giữ tấm nào.
- Làm sao tìm ảnh bằng mô tả? Bật tìm theo mô tả trong màn hình Tìm kiếm. Model (khoảng 140 MB) được tải một lần từ Apple, sau đó chỉ chạy trên máy. Rồi gõ như “chợ nổi”, “áo dài”, “cái ô đỏ dưới mưa”.
- Làm sao xoá một vật trong ảnh? Mở ảnh, chọn Chỉnh sửa › Xoá, chạm vào người hoặc vật, tinh chỉnh vùng chọn nếu cần rồi bấm Xoá. Có thể hoàn tác chỉnh sửa trong app Ảnh.
- Vì sao tôi không thấy tên nhóm bằng AI hay tìm kiếm cả câu? Các tính năng này dùng Apple Intelligence, cần thiết bị hỗ trợ và đã bật Apple Intelligence. Nếu không, Picknori dùng cách đặt tên và tìm kiếm có sẵn.
Sắp xếp và dọn dẹp
- Picknori có tự xoá ảnh không? Không. Mọi thay đổi đều cần bạn xác nhận. Ảnh đã xoá nằm trong Đã xoá gần đây của app Ảnh và thường khôi phục được trong tối đa 30 ngày.
- Quẹt có xoá ảnh ngay không? Không. Quẹt chỉ đánh dấu. Bạn xem lại và xác nhận trước khi xoá.
- Picknori chỉ thấy một số ảnh. Có thể bạn đã chọn Truy cập giới hạn. Vào Cài đặt › Quyền riêng tư & Bảo mật › Ảnh › Picknori và chọn Truy cập toàn bộ.
Widget
- Thêm widget Kỷ niệm thế nào? Chạm và giữ Màn hình chính, chọn Sửa › Thêm tiện ích, tìm “Picknori”, chọn Kỷ niệm và kích thước, rồi bấm Thêm tiện ích.
Premium và thanh toán
- Những gì miễn phí? Sắp xếp, Best Shots, dọn dẹp và tìm kiếm đều miễn phí. Premium thêm thẻ kỷ niệm không giới hạn, mọi kiểu thẻ, màu và gradient tuỳ chỉnh, và chữ viết tay.
- Có những gói nào? Gói tháng hoặc gói năm, tự động gia hạn. Người đăng ký mới đủ điều kiện được dùng thử miễn phí 3 ngày; huỷ ít nhất 24 giờ trước khi hết hạn dùng thử thì không bị tính phí.
- Khôi phục giao dịch thế nào? Mở Picknori › Cài đặt › Khôi phục giao dịch, đăng nhập bằng Tài khoản Apple đã dùng để đăng ký.
- Huỷ gói thế nào? Trên iPhone, vào Cài đặt › tên của bạn › Đăng ký › Picknori, hoặc truy cập apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Bạn vẫn dùng Premium đến hết kỳ đã thanh toán.
- Hoàn tiền thế nào? Apple xử lý hoàn tiền tại reportaproblem.apple.com.
